Simon want’s to review how the day went across the team and especially for his new starter to review any feedback. He also, keen to read if Dave had further success with Trevor the CTO.
There is a monthly meeting in the afternoon which Simon needs to prepare form he opens up the QDOS report that enables him to demonstrate increased sales activity with prospective, greater territory coverage and improved customer feedback.
Simon is meeting with Dave for a weekly review, here they are both able to access all Dave’s customer feedback, meeting metrics, and Dave’s own reflections on what’s gone well.
Before the end of the day, Simon reviews the whole team’s activities, and sees a couple of the team have exceeded the QDOS Performance target, through the app he’s immediately able to react and recognise their achievement. Through the in app feedback, he can also focus his following day’s coaching efforts on those team members who have highlighted customer challenges.
